Non-Degree Programs
The UT School of Public Health offers opportunities for education and training that do not lead to a public health degree. Non-degree programs provide an opportunity to those students to take UT School of Public Health courses for credit.
Courses and Credit Hours
The general non-degree student is allowed to take a maximum of 16 credit hours of School of Public Health courses unless the student is associated with a formally-recognized educational collaboration.
Courses in which an A or B was earned by students enrolled in the non-degree program may be applied to the required credit hours of a UTSPH degree program provided that the course has been completed within five years of matriculation and the applicant meets all the requirements for admission to the graduate degree program.
