Scholarships
Annual Scholarships
Annual scholarships are monetary awards based on criteria designated by the donor who created the scholarship. The money awarded through these scholarships is often a one-time donation given to assist a new or returning student. The scholarship may be awarded in one total amount or throughout the academic year depending on the terms of the scholarship.
- New Student Scholarship
The School of Public Health has an outstanding student scholarship program for incoming students. The program is open to resident and non-resident students. Recipients of the scholarship will have up to $1,000 per semester available to cover costs associated with tuition and fees for their first calendar year of study at the UTSPH (total of 3 semesters). This dollar amount will be paid directly to the Registrar's office and the student will be responsible for the remaining tuition and fees above and beyond the first $1,000 per semester for the duration of the scholarship. Students cannot roll over unused credit hours to the next semester. This program is administered by the UTSPH Admissions Committee under the auspices of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs. The award is based solely on merit and is designed to assist in the recruitment of outstanding students to our school.
- The Good Neighbor Scholarship
- Texas Exes - This scholarship is awarded to graduates of UT-Austin. Contact the Financial Aid Office at 713-500-3864 for additional information.
