Division of Management, Policy and Community Health

The Division of Management, Policy and Community Health provides instruction in the fields of health economics, health services research, health policy, health law, health management and administration, health planning, community health practice, public health leadership, population health, organization management, health disparities, economic and social determinants of health. Students interested in careers in these areas may pursue advanced study that leads to original research and culminates in the award of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, an MPH or a DrPH degree.

The Division offers an MPH and a DrPH degree in Community Health Practice and Health Services Organization, and an MPH in Health Management.  The program in Management and Policy Sciences offers the PhD degree in three academic tracks: Health Economics/Health Services Research; Health Management; and Health Policy.
