This form is for use in requesting articles only. You must be at a Regional Campus and currently affiliated with the UT School of Public Health to use this service. Please see our ILL policies for additional information.

Are you trying to locate a journal? Please check the electronic journals site first as well as the online catalog. The journal must be at either the SPH Library, the HAM-TMC Library, or the MD Anderson library for you to request it using this form.

Are you trying to locate a book? Please check the online catalog at your host institution library first. You should place requests for books through the ILL department at your host institution library.
