He launched the ALLHAT site (which had over 7,000 users and 200,000 hits during its first week of operation), this site, and the HARP site. He has developed web applications for conflict of interest reporting; committee, presentation, manuscript status reporting; and manuscript revision processing and reporting.

Mr. Dybala developed and maintained intranet sites for a large energy company with a 10,000-employee audience. He is a technical writer accomplished in creating online and print publications and in documenting policies, processes, and procedures. He has served as Managing Editor and Editorial Board Member of Behavioral Science.
