  Get children excited about learning fun and interesting food facts. Announce one each morning over the announcements or in the classroom and learn lots of fun things about food and nutrition.

Compare the nutrient content of your school foods with a restaurant food (e.g. Pizza Hut pizza vs. school pizza). Teachers are often surprised about the low fat content of the foods you serve.
