The University of Texas School of Public Health, Austin Regional Campus

The Austin Regional Campus was established in 2007 to offer graduate level training in public health to the Austin and central Texas region. The ARC offers a graduate Certificate in Public Health, a 16 hour program of study consisting of five courses covering the core disciplines of public health. The Masters in Public Health degree will be offered beginning in fall 2008. The UT School of Public Health is fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) and has academic responsibility for the program.

Courses are offered onsite by resident faculty. Interactive video (ITV) courses are also available and originate from and connect all six of the school’s campuses. Students interested in learning more about the Austin regional campus academic programs may e-mail Brenda Spence, Student Affairs Coordinator, or Maria Fernandez, Community Outreach and Research Coordinator at austinregionalcampus@uth.tmc.edu or dialing 512-482-6160.
